Integrated O/Shop functionality

To maintain continuous improvement, we are always upgrading the Dr. Ordoline platform. We are excited to introduce a valuable new feature: our integrated shop! This enhancement is designed to improve your convenience and streamline your workflow – see below for details on how to use it.

New addition for workflow efficiency

We are confident that the new O/Shop feature will enhance your workflow and simplify the process of ordering additional orthodontic supplies. Previously, orders were submitted via email, but this update will make the process more efficient.

To access this update, please log in to your profile and navigate to the left-hand menu. If you do not see the icon, please reach out to us at support@ordoline.com, and we will assist you with gaining access.

In our shop, you will find the following categories: Retainer, Elastics, Whitening, Miniscrew, Instruments, and Other. We’re continuously expanding our selection to ensure that all the products and auxiliaries you need are readily available, supporting a more efficient workflow for your practice.

If you are unable to find the products you need in the store, please use the “Need more” button on the right side to specify your requirements (e.g., a surgical guide, scanner, special mini screw, or marketing materials).

Terms and Conditions

Select the necessary products by clicking “Add to cart”. Once you have collected all the items, choose the “Order” button. Our standard shipping policy is as follows: if your order exceeds €100, it will be shipped immediately with free shipping. For orders under €100, a shipping fee will be applied automatically, or products will be combined with the next scheduled aligner order.

In the Note section, you can specify the date by which you need the shipment and include any additional requests, such as missing products from the store.

After pressing the order button, please select a clinic and provide the delivery address.

Enhanced retainers ordering

Our Ordoline shop offers a more efficient way to order retainers and whitening trays. Simply select the quantity and click “Add to cart.” Please note that this method is intended for ordering for your external patients, not those treated by Ordoline.

After selecting the quantity, an additional window will prompt you to enter the patient’s information, specify the upper and lower jaw needs, and choose the impression delivery method. If whitening trays are also required for this patient, please check the relevant box.

Patient note – for internal clinic use only

One more additional feature we want to introduce is the Internal Note option, which you can find near all cases. After receiving feedback from doctors about this need, we created this feature to allow you and your clinic team to mark extra information that will assist during patient treatment. The note changes from grey (no comment) to bold black when a message has been left by your team. It will also be visible in the patient’s profile for easy access.
