Terms and Conditions Now Available on the Ordoline Platform

Based on requests from many of our partner doctors, we’re happy to announce that starting July 14th, 2025, the Terms and Conditions for Ordering Goods and Services will be available directly on the Ordoline platform. This update is aimed at making important information more accessible and convenient for you.

Why this matters

The Terms and Conditions explain how orders and services with Ordoline are handled – clearly and transparently.

It helps to ensure smooth cooperation in daily work.

From now on, the latest version will always be accessible in one place – the platform.

How it works

Each time you log in, a pop-up window will appear with the Terms and Conditions. You’ll have the option to “Confirm now” or “Confirm later.”

If you choose to skip, a reminder will appear in the footer of every patient card, making it easy to return and confirm at any time.

You may skip it a few times, but confirmation will eventually be required.

The document is available in English, Italian, Dutch, Latvian and Lithuanian.

For other languages, translations were made using an AI tool, so some inaccuracies may appear.

What you need to do

Please take a few minutes to review and confirm the document. It helps ensure we’re all aligned and working efficiently together.

The “Settings” section has now been renamed to “My Profile.”

In this section, you’ll find all previously confirmed versions of the Terms and Conditions – from the oldest to the newest – displayed in the language you selected.
