Changes to the Platform Dr. Ordoline’2023

We would like to inform you about the latest updates to the Dr Ordoline platform, aimed at making your work even easier.

Ordoline Package Tracking

The Ordoline package tracking functionality allows you to track your order, from the moment it is shipped to the moment the courier knocks on the door of your clinic.

As soon as the package is handed over to the courier service, it is assigned a tracking number, and the “courier vehicle” icon is activated on the Dr. Ordoline platform.

How to see where your package is?

Click on the “courier vehicle” icon at the top of the specific treatment case page. In the new window that opens, you will see the latest status of your shipment.

Contacting the Quality Department

To facilitate prompt communication, we have added a “notes” icon at the top of each treatment case page.

By clicking on this icon, you can now directly contact the Ordoline quality department from the platform. You can use this feature to provide any observations or complaints related to a specific treatment case.

Our reply to your message will be sent from support@ordoline.com to the email address you have specified on the platform.

Mandatory information about the patient

Users of the Dr Ordoline platform will be asked to provide the date of birth of each patient.

This information is now mandatory since the new “Ordoline Kids” typology has been introduced.

Advanced Digital Dental Map

Our digital dental map has been enhanced to include both adult and growing patients’ teeth. You can now mark the teeth on the digital map, including a selection of baby teeth.

Search Bar

Upon logging in to the Dr Ordoline platform, you will notice a search bar at the top of the window.

This feature allows you to quickly and accurately find any information you may need, such as patient details or specific treatment cases.

Ordering teeth whitening aligners

When placing an order for the final retention aligners at the conclusion of the treatment, we are pleased to inform you that you now have the option to include whitening trays as well.

Simply tick the box that says “Order whitening aligners” to add them to your order.

Please note that the price for one jaw whitening aligner is 25 Eur + VAT.
