Troubleshooting Complex Aligner Cases with Ordoline (2-day course)
Live
Dr. Robertas Kirlys
This two-day live course focuses on the practical planning and management of complex cases with Ordoline aligners – from defining clear clinical objectives for the technician to achieving successful treatment outcomes.
Participants will learn how to set clinical goals, identify key information for the planning stage, and build effective collaboration between the doctor, technician, and consultant. The course combines lectures, clinical discussions, case analysis, and practical troubleshooting.
A key focus is troubleshooting – how to anticipate problems, avoid common planning and treatment errors, and manage complications effectively during treatment.
During the course, the following topics will be covered:
✔ planning and management of complex aligner cases;
✔overcorrections: diastema closure and Curve of Spee correction;
✔increased overjet at the end of treatment plans and lack of anterior contacts;
✔use of bracket segments in hybrid treatment approaches;
✔treatment specifics for growing patients;
✔deep bite, open bite, and crossbite case management;
✔planning and treatment strategies for Class II and Class III cases;
✔troubleshooting and prevention of common treatment issues;
✔treatment monitoring, communication, and clinical decision-making during treatment.
The course is designed for doctors who want to improve the quality of their treatment planning, reduce the number of refinements, avoid unnecessary complications, and achieve more predictable and efficient aligner treatment results in daily clinical practice.
