Based on requests from many of our partner doctors, we\u2019re happy to announce that starting July 14th, 2025, the Terms and Conditions for Ordering Goods and Services<\/strong> will be available directly on the Ordoline platform. This update is aimed at making important information more accessible and convenient for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why this matters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Terms and Conditions explain how orders and services with Ordoline are handled<\/strong> – clearly and transparently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It helps to ensure smooth cooperation in daily work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From now on, the latest version will always be accessible in one place – the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each time you log in, a pop-up window<\/strong> will appear with the Terms and Conditions. You\u2019ll have the option to \u201cConfirm now\u201d<\/strong> or \u201cConfirm later.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you choose to skip, a reminder will appear in the footer of every patient card, <\/strong>making it easy to return and confirm at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may\u00a0<\/strong>skip it a few times, but\u00a0confirmation<\/strong>\u00a0will eventually be required<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The document is available in English, Italian, Dutch, Latvian and Lithuanian<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For other languages, translations were made using an AI tool, so some inaccuracies may appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please take a few minutes to review and confirm the document<\/strong>. It helps ensure we\u2019re all aligned and working efficiently together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cSettings\u201d<\/strong> section has now been renamed to \u201cMy Profile.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this section, you\u2019ll find all previously confirmed versions of the Terms and Conditions<\/strong> – from the oldest to the newest – displayed in the language you selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
